About Immudex

Founded in 2009 as a spin-out from Dako, now Agilent, Immudex develops advanced immune monitoring technologies and reagents that help researchers and clinicians characterise antigen-specific immune responses in immuno-oncology, cancer immunotherapy and cell therapy. Its proprietary Dextramer® platform delivers highly sensitive and reproducible detection of tumour-reactive T cells, enabling the identification, quantification and characterisation of rare and low-affinity immune cell populations that are often missed by conventional technologies.

Immudex's immuno-oncology portfolio includes CAR-Dextramer® reagents for the detection, quantification and characterisation of CAR-T cells in research and translational applications. Available products include CAR-Dextramer® CD19 Human, CAR-Dextramer® BCMA Human and CAR-Dextramer® MSLN Human, as well as custom CAR-Dextramer® reagents developed to meet specific customer requirements. These reagents enable reliable monitoring of CAR-T cell populations by flow cytometry, supporting cell therapy research, therapeutic development and immune monitoring studies.

Europa Biosite subsidiaries distribute Immudex CAR-Dextramer® products in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
