Europa Biosite is pleased to announce the launch of the Antibody Promise across its European subsidiaries, reinforcing the group's commitment to supplying high-quality research antibodies backed by expert support and trusted supplier partnerships.
The new initiative reflects Europa Biosite's ongoing mission to raise the standard of life science distribution and provide researchers with greater confidence when selecting critical reagents for their work. Under the Antibody Promise, participating subsidiaries will refund, replace or exchange any antibody purchased directly from them that does not perform as stated in the relevant manufacturer datasheet.
