Europa Biosite today announces that Sune Schmolker will be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer as of 3 November 2025. The decision has been made in mutual agreement between Sune and the Board of Directors.
Tim Hiddemann, member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed Interim CEO. Tim brings nearly two decades of leadership experience as CEO and founder of antibodies-online.com and as Head of Research Reagents at Rockland Immunochemicals. Tim will work closely with the Europa Biosite management team to ensure continuity and operational stability during the transition period.
The recruitment process for a permanent CEO is underway.
