Through this partnership, Europa Biosite will provide scientists with access to Immudex's specialised CAR-T cell monitoring solutions, supporting the development of next-generation immunotherapies and advancing translational cancer research. The agreement expands access to Immudex's innovative CAR-Dextramer® reagents, enabling researchers to characterise and monitor CAR-T cell populations with greater sensitivity and confidence.
Immudex's portfolio available through Europa Biosite is centred around its CAR-Dextramer® technology, which enables the detection, enumeration and characterisation of CAR-T cells by flow cytometry. Available products include CAR-Dextramer® CD19 Human, CAR-Dextramer® BCMA Human and CAR-Dextramer® MSLN Human, together with custom CAR-Dextramer® reagents developed to meet specific research requirements. These solutions provide reliable and reproducible tools for monitoring CAR-T cell persistence, expansion and phenotype in cell therapy research applications.
